Rocket bike fest edition viii

On September 30, cyclists of all ages, lovers of adrenaline, but also of free time spent in nature, meet in Cernica, for the 8th edition of the cross country cycling competition, Rocket Bike Fest.
The surroundings of the AGVPS chalet in the Cernica Forest host, once again, the start of the 8 races dedicated to 2-wheeled sports enthusiasts, on routes and difficulty levels specially designed for each age and level of experience. In addition to the exceptional routes, Rocket Bike Fest offers the perfect setting for a day spent in the middle of nature, with the whole family, with moments of entertainment for young and old, the well-known raffle with prizes and many other surprises prepared by the organizers and partners.
In its 8th edition, the competition benefits from the expertise of the multiple national champion in MTB, Velodrome and Cyclocross, Razvan Juganaru, who will ensure the arrangement of the routes, compliance with the competition standards and the smooth running of the races from a technical point of view.
The 8 races of this year's competition were designed taking into account the sporting capabilities of each age group, so participants, starting at the age of 2, can choose one of the children's races: balance bike, training bike, 2-wheel bike 3-5 years, 2-wheel bike 6-8 years or 2-wheel bike 9-11 years. Children between the ages of 12 and 18 who have experience in a competition and are trained can choose the category addressed to juniors, they will not be accompanied by their parents and will run on the route arranged in the forest. Amateur cyclists, passionate about competitions, can participate in the Hobby category, on a route with fast passages, rhythm breaks, short climbs, a forest road and a single trail on the lake shore, and those who want to experience a family competition can choose the Family category for children aged between 6 and 14 and at least one parent.
Initiated by the Help Autism Association and BikeXpert in 2013, Rocket Bike Fest has gathered over 3,000 competitors and over 6,000 participants, dozens of partners, sponsors and media supporters in the 7 editions organized, in other words, the largest sporting event dedicated to autism awareness.
So, whether you are a regular at cycling races, a novice, or just want to encourage your little ones in their first competition, choose the right race and come to Cernica on September 30.
Registrations can be made by filling out the registration form on the competition website www.rocketbike.ro and the funds collected from the registration fee will be directed to the Help Autism Association in order to support therapy programs for children with autism.
