Timișoara Triathlon 2022
Event date: July 24, 2022
Location: Timisoara, Timis County

The swimming event will be organized in the Bega Canal, with the start from three locations, increasingly closer to the transition area, depending on the chosen race. For all races, the swim will be from upstream to downstream (in the direction of water flow). The start mechanism will be a roll start.

The transition area is located on the sports field opposite the UVT headquarters, on Bd. Vasile Pârvan no. 4.
The finish for all distance options is in Piața Libertății.
The location for picking up the participation kits is the Posh terrace in Piața Libertății, where the technical meeting will also take place.

Races:
Sprint - 750 m swim / 21 km bike / 6 km run
Olympic - 1500 m swim / 41.5 km bike / 10 km run
Half - 1900 m swim / 90 km bike / 22 km run
Olympic Relay - 1500 m swim / 41.5 km bike / 10 km run
Half Relay - 1900 m swim / 90 km bike / 22 km run
