On Biklo you sell safely, with payment and delivery managed directly through the platform. In short, the process has six steps:

1. Publish the ad. Add good photos, a correct description and a realistic price.
2. A buyer orders and pays. The money is kept safe by Biklo — it does not reach you until everything is confirmed.
3. You receive the order notification. You can find it in the Orders → About section delivered.
4. Pack and send the parcel via Biklo. Request the courier from the platform and the label (AWB) is generated automatically.
5. The buyer confirms receipt. After delivery he has 24 hours to confirm that everything is in order; if it does not indicate anything, the order is automatically confirmed.
6. You receive the money. The amount becomes available in your Biklo account and you can withdraw it to your bank account.
