You pay online through Biklo, and the money only reaches the seller once the order is confirmed. That way you can buy bike frames from private sellers without sending money upfront to a stranger.

How do I receive my item?

By courier, with a shipping label generated automatically by Biklo; parcels that fit can also go to a parcel locker. If the seller is nearby, you can see the item and buy it in person.

How do I check a used item before buying it?

Message the seller in the chat: ask for close-up photos, ask about age, wear and servicing, and check their rating. Some sellers also accept price offers.

How do I sell bike frames on Biklo?

As a private seller you post an ad for free : add clear photos, an honest description and your price. Shops can create a business account for their whole range.
