The seller chooses the condition when posting the ad. If you're not sure, ask in the chat for close-up photos and ask how much and how the item has been used.

What if the item I receive doesn't match the ad?

You can request a return from the order page, where you'll also see the steps of the process. Keep the chat conversation and take photos when you open the parcel.

Can I negotiate the price?

Some sellers accept price offers, and with the others you can talk it over in the chat. Compare the prices in the list first so you can make a realistic offer.
