How does protected payment work?

You pay online through Biklo, and the money only reaches the seller once the order is confirmed. That way you can buy bikes, parts & gear from private sellers without sending money upfront to a stranger.

How do I receive my item?

By courier, with a shipping label generated automatically by Biklo; parcels that fit can also go to a parcel locker. If the seller is nearby, you can see the item and buy it in person.

How do I check a used item before buying it?

Message the seller in the chat: ask for close-up photos, ask about age, wear and servicing, and check their rating. Some sellers also accept price offers.

How do I sell bikes, parts & gear on Biklo?

As a private seller you post an ad for free : add clear photos, an honest description and your price. Shops can create a business account for their whole range.
