Frequently asked questions

How does protected payment work?

You pay online through Biklo, and the money only reaches the seller once the order is confirmed. That way you can buy wheelsets from private sellers without sending money upfront to a stranger.

How do I receive my item?

By courier, with a shipping label generated automatically by Biklo; parcels that fit can also go to a parcel locker. If the seller is nearby, you can see the item and buy it in person.

How do I check a used item before buying it?

Message the seller in the chat: ask for close-up photos, ask about age, wear and servicing, and check their rating. Some sellers also accept price offers.
