Good packaging prevents damage and disputes. (We don't ship packing boxes at this time — feature coming soon. Until then, we recommend a bike box from a local bike shop or supermarket.)

Recommended steps:

1. Remove the pedals and rotate or disassemble the handlebars to reduce the width.
2. Disassemble wheels (or secure them well) and protect them separately.
3. Protect the frame tubes with foam insulation / bubble wrap, especially in the contact areas.
4. Fit fork and frame guards (axle spacers / dropout guards) to prevent crushing.
5. Partially deflate the tires.
6. Fix the moving parts and fill the gaps in the box so that nothing moves during transport.
7. Close the box tightly and label it.

Recommended maximum dimensions for bikes and frames:

• Domestic (Romania): 180 × 30 × 90 cm, weight up to 35 kg.
• Crossborder: 160 × 20 × 80 cm, weight up to 25 kg.

Fragile products must be packed in cardboard/boxes, with protective film.
