After you have issued the AWB, in the order preparation process you can upload photos and a video of the product and the packaging process, before inserting it into the package. It's a verification step that protects you: if damage occurs, if the courier loses the package or if Biklo warranty/insurance activation is requested, the proofs make it much easier to solve and prevent disputes about the condition of the product.
