Couriers and package types

The courier depends on the type of parcel and the destination:

• Small parcels in Romania — SameDay, GLS, FanCourier, Cargus, DPD, with delivery to the address or via locker networks.
• Large parcels (bicycles, frames, home trainers, wheels) — exclusively to the address, via Dragon Star Courier.
• International parcels / crossborder — FedEx or international partners.

The label (AWB) is generated from the platform, and the route is visible to both parties.
