Refusal of an Order ("Refuse Delivery")

You can decline an order only while it is "pending", before you send it. If refused, the order is automatically cancelled, the buyer is notified and fully refunded (minus the insurance contribution, if applicable).

Note: repeated refusals affect your trust score and eligibility for the "verified seller" badge. Only refuse an order when you really can't honor it.
