Order processing: "Send parcel" step by step
- Open Orders → To be delivered. The new order appears with a timer (you have a deadline to process it).
- Press Send parcel.
- Choose the delivery method: locker/point or pick up from the address.
- Optionally, upload the invoice (if you are a company or if you issue one).
- Press Request courier — the AWB is automatically generated.
- Pack the product and deliver it to the courier (at the address) or deposit it in the locker/point.
